Contract and cancellation

12-month contract; 30-day cancellation notice

City Fitness requires 30 days' notice for cancellation. The manual review states any applicable cancellation fees must be paid before the final usage date. Scraper evidence also indicates term memberships may have early termination fees of $100 in the first half of the term or $50 in the second half, but the exact applicability to this specific plan should be confirmed.

Term memberships automatically renew at the end of the term as a monthly membership at the membership rate on the account unless cancelled at least 30 days before the end of the term.

Studio + 12-Month includes access to all 8 locations and amenities such as cardio and strength equipment, turf area, Peloton bikes, steam room, dry sauna, InBody analysis, towel service, hydromassage, THRIVE assessment, unlimited studio classes, monthly tracker, and recovery services.
